Blooming Butterflies, Inc. - Successful Past Events
Past Successful Events!!

In 2014 Designer Exchange held 4 SUCCESSFUL garage sale fundraisers for Blooming Butterflies raising $8,540!!   This money was used to buy equipment and furniture for 12 confidential battered women shelters and 2 senior (elderly) homes.  We are so thankful we can help these shelters each quarter!

Blooming Butterflies celebrated their partnership with Designer Exchange, LLC - an upscale Ladies Resale Consignment Boutique on December 9th and 10th at the Designer Exchange location in Sugar Land, Texas.

It was a Great turn out to help raise awareness and money for worthy nonprofits whose mission relates to under privileged seniors and women affected by domestic violence.  They celebrated the collaboration in a fun, creative way with an open house at Designer Exchange which was held on December 9 – 10, 2011 from 2pm – 6pm.  The address for the open house was located at 4522 Hwy 6, Sugar Land, Texas 77478 at the corner of Hwy 6 and Dulles Avenue.
Blooming Butterflies has worked hard to showcase our progress toward our mission, and our long-held belief in assisting our communities through collaborative networks so we can bring about new beginnings for the disadvantaged.  Through our partnership with Designer Exchange, we will use their platform to communicate our advancement and progress and share our mission and our work with our present and future supporters, individual donors, and the media.
Designer Exchange is engaged in exciting initiatives with Blooming Butterflies, and they are thrilled to be able to help this great nonprofit reach a new height in their advocacy for those that are experiencing heavy hearts during this holiday season.  Together will strive to bring hope and enthusiasm to those less fortunate.
Designer Exchange offered fabulous door prizes provided by many community sponsors.  Management at the boutique graciously offered to donate a percentage of the event sales to Blooming Butterflies.  Money will directly benefit community seniors with warm clothing for our winter months along with minor home repairs, which some of our area seniors desperately need.  Additionally, battered women who are transitioning to economic and emotional stability will receive professional work attire and supportive assistance as they re-enter the career world.
